Error during package transfer

On some devices accessing Empirum from outside the company network via (SWD), error messages appear – see the screenshot.
Do you know what could be causing these errors?

The 404 Thumbs.db probably comes from the .json file located in the package directory.

Most likely there is a hidden Thumbs.db file somewhere in the package. I would delete it and validate the package again..

Could not prepare download can have various causes. Is the package available on your depotserver? Maybe just take a look at the UAF log (C:\programdata\matrix42\logs\UAF…).
