Fehler beim Paket Update: Die Pulbisher Eigenschaft kann nicht gefunden werden

Guten Tag,

wir haben ein neues Paket aus dem Depot über Empirum verteilt. Als Fehlermeldung wird folgendes angezeigt:

Die alte Version konnte nicht deinstalliert werden! PSADT: Die Publisher-Eigenschaft kann nicht gefunden werden.

Was genau bedeutet denn diese Meldung?

Hallo @SVNW ,
das ist eine allgemeine Fehlerrückgabe vom PSADT.
In diesem Fall hilft es nur, wenn man in das Logfile schaut.
Dieses ist auf dem betroffenen Client unter c:\ProgramData\neo42PkgsLogs\AutoDesk\DWG TrueView<Versionsnummer> zu finden.

Ok, danke. Ich habe mir das Log nun angesehen und hier die meiner Meinung nach relevanten Einträge. Ich sehe als Rückgabe den Errorcode -1 aber nicht wieso dieser kommt.

sende uns an neosupport@neo42.de bitte alle Logfiles zu, die unterhalb des Ordners "c:\ProgramData\neo42PkgsLogs\AutoDesk\DWG TrueView" zu finden sind.
Gib bitte als Betreff diesen Community Beitrag an.
